Job description
As CNC Operator (Bending) at NTS Venray you are responsible for the proper functioning of the bending machine in the machine department. You manufacture high-quality products from various types of material of different thicknesses. It is important that you accurately read technical drawings and then set sheet metal constructions. You check whether all required materials, drawings and documents are present and perform checks on the product. You do this at mid-term and at the end, ensuring that each product meets the quality we want to deliver. 

Furthermore, your duties are:

• Visual inspection of supplied and machined parts;
• Preventing damage to parts;
• Timely administration of work performed;
• Rejecting products based on observations or measurements;
• Following procedures and instructions.
  

Job requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sheet metal fabrication and with press brake/bending machines;
• Experience in reading drawings and knowledge of form and plate tolerances;
• Feeling for automation;
• Ability to operate independently and accurately;
• Available to work 2 shifts.
