Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for the position Material Planner and Customer Service representative. 

Job description 

As a customer service representative, you will create a direct link between the customer and our company when handling customer orders. 

As a planner, you will then create and manage the production plan and communicate it especially with colleagues from our purchasing department and production. 

Your main responsibilities: 

• Receiving, creating and managing customer orders in the ERP system. 

• Daily communication with customers and recording their requirements. 

• Confirming the delivery date to the customer. 

• Creating and regularly updating the production plan. 

• Planning and forecasting orders while ensuring smooth production and meeting delivery deadlines. 

• Continuous monitoring of the timely ful-fillment of the production plan for production orders. 

• Responsibility for updating the accuracy of data in the ERP system. 

• Daily communication, especially with the production and purchasing departments. 

• Organizing and participating in operational meetings. 

We are expecting: 

• Previous experience in the planning process, customer service from a manufacturing company is an advantage 

• Excellent communication skills 

• Strong analytical skills 

• Advanced level of English (B2) 

• Ability to set priorities 

• Flexibility and resistance to stress 

• Other relevant experience in administrative work
