Who are we looking for?
We are looking for the position Material Planner and Customer Service representative.
Job description
As a customer service representative, you will create a direct link between the customer and our company when handling customer orders.
As a planner, you will then create and manage the production plan and communicate it especially with colleagues from our purchasing department and production.
Your main responsibilities:
Receiving, creating and managing customer orders in the ERP system.
Daily communication with customers and recording their requirements.
Confirming the delivery date to the customer.
Creating and regularly updating the production plan.
Planning and forecasting orders while ensuring smooth production and meeting delivery deadlines.
Continuous monitoring of the timely ful-fillment of the production plan for production orders.
Responsibility for updating the accuracy of data in the ERP system.
Daily communication, especially with the production and purchasing departments.
Organizing and participating in operational meetings.
We are expecting:
Previous experience in the planning process, customer service from a manufacturing company is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Advanced level of English (B2)
Ability to set priorities
Flexibility and resistance to stress
Other relevant experience in administrative work
