Job description
As a Precision Bench Worker at NTS Eindhoven, you will work in a pleasant working environment with modern machinery. You will work for leading customers in various markets, such as Semicon, Industrial & Health and Analytical. In the role of Precision Bench Worker, you are mainly responsible for the post-processing of complex turning and milling parts produced by your colleagues.

Furthermore, your duties include:

• Performing minor mechanical assembly work such as fitting helicoil/inserts;
• Checking dimensions, removing contamination, deburring, careful packaging and small manual finishing operations;
• You have an advisory role, assessing and verifying the quality of the parts made;
• You work closely together within a team of 7 bench workers and together you are responsible for the best result;
• You will support the production department and work closely with the team leaders and the Quality Engineer.

Job Requirements

• We are looking for an independent and experienced Bench Worker with at least 3 years (practical) experience in machining techniques and manual/conventional machining methods;
• You are used to working in a working environment where complex ideas and concepts are converted into technically high-quality products;
• You enjoy transferring your knowledge and skills to your colleagues;
• Independent and social attitude;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing.
